Description
Choose your own music and move along in real time! Best done on a slidey floor (i.e. wooden not carpeted) so that you can easily glide your arms and legs. This strengthening and lengthening core and floor workout is a compilation of the most favourite floor exercises to get your body and your movement strong, coordinated, long and fluid at the same time. Work out at some intensity whilst keeping a calm and relaxed state combined with awareness of your breath. Go for it, and feel strong and long doing your core work.
