Distributing your body weight correctly. One of THE most important aspects in having a healthy training life, a pain free body and a long movement career is to focus on optimal alignment and to work hand in hand with gravity. So what does it actually mean to “distribute your weight onto your heels”, and to “use the back sling”? And how can you practise this every day yourself?
