A (Kitchen Counter) Standing Routine
Description
A compilation of exercises you can do standing. To warm-up and stretch your back and trunk, to strengthen your hips, glutes and legs, and to bring fluidity into your body. Pause this video at any time and repeat each exercise as often as you like. Please note: although this routine is filmed in a kitchen, you can of course also do the same moves in any other room. Should you find yourself without a kitchen counter, be creative in finding an alternative: maybe use a dining table or a window sill, a bookshelf or a ballet barre to hold onto.
