Standing Arch and Curl (Nutation and Counternutation). One of the most invaluable exercises you can do to look after your back, spine and pelvic health. Follow along to do these key four minutes of arching and curling together. Once a day, or wherever and whenever you have a moment to sit and move, this movement is going to be your forever-best-buddy. You can rest your wrists on anything: an armrest, a bookshelf, a banister, a window sill, a car frame, a dining table or an office desk. In between work or doing chores, turn any break you have into a “nutation and counternutation treat“.
