Description
Training and looking after your hand health is supremely important. Find out what to watch out for and what subtle exercises you can do to prevent injuries to fingers, hands, wrists and forearms. Very important to note that these are NEVER big forceful exercises, but need to be performed softly and gently in order to support your hand strength and coordination.
