A Kitchen Counter Routine
Description
A compilation of exercises you can do standing. To stretch your back and trunk, to strengthen your hips, glutes and legs, and to bring fluidity into your body when taking a break from home life or from work. Pause this video at any time and repeat each exercise as often as you like. Please note: although this routine is filmed in a kitchen, you can of course also do the same moves in any other room. Should you find yourself without a kitchen counter, be creative in finding an alternative: maybe use a dining table, a window sill or a bookshelf to hold onto.
