A Hand Towel Routine
Description
A compilation of exercises you can do standing. To move your back, spine and trunk, to strengthen your arms, shoulders and legs, and to bring fluidity into your body first thing in the morning or whenever you have a break. Pause this video at any time and repeat each exercise as often as you like. Please note: although this routine is filmed in a bathroom, you can of course also do the same moves in any other room or outdoors.
