Your gut is like a hosepipe inside of your belly. Find out more what this means and how movement is essential to keep your gut, and all the body parts that it’s attached to, healthy. Whatever your sports, dance or movement activity, please do remember to include your gut as part of your physical awareness and training. Just as much as when focusing on training a muscle, a heart rate or any other element in your workout, please do take time to honour your viscera as an equally important player in whatever your physical activity may be.
