A Short And Sweet Bench Routine
Description
Choose your own music and move along in real time! This fluid and easy movement routine allows your body to stretch and open up. It takes you through a smooth upper body flow followed by a good leg and hip stretch. (Please note: although this routine is filmed with a bench, you could also follow the same moves holding onto something else, be creative with finding an alternative to a bench back-rest if needed, maybe use a door frame, a banister, a table, a bookshelf or a window sill to work with.)
